How do I move my AccessMyLan Agent? |

Procedure for moving an agent or upgrading an existing agent
Moving or upgrading an agent involves removing the existing agent and re-installing in the new location.
To move an AccessMyLan agent:

Login to the administration website at www.accessmylan.com.

Click on
Network ->
Agents -> Agent to be moved.

Choose
Configure Agent from the dropdown menu and take note of any configuration done here (including static routes). These changes will need to be re-added to the new agent when installed.

Done to return to Agent Details page.

Choose
Delete Agent from the dropdown menu.

Return to the Agents page and choose
Add Agent from the dropdown menu.

Enter a name for the new agent and click
Add Agent

Take note of the Activation PIN beneath the grey boxes

Download the VPN Agent and install on the new host server.

Go to agent configuration page (Network -> Agents -> “agent name” -> Configure Agent) and re-add any static routes or other configuration required.
