ActiveSync error: "Authorization Error (User not enabled)"
Symptom
An
ActiveSync mobile device is not successfully synchronizing and this
error is shown on the Device details page on the administration website
(fig.1.). The error shown on the mobile device will vary depending on
the device being used.

Explanation
This error indicates that the user has been disabled by their administrator. They will need to be re-enabled on the AccessMyLan administration website to allow them to connect.
Resolution
To enable the user go to
Users
» username and choose "Enable" from the action menu.
