Question Title Client Error: "Your VPN is currently unavailable. Network Access Rules configured to deny all traffic."
Client Error: "Your VPN is currently unavailable.  Contact your Network Administrator. Reason: The Network Access Rules are currently configured to deny all traffic."

Symptom
A user gets the above error when attempting to connect their VPN Client.

Resolution
The administrator has configured the Network Access Rules to restrict all traffic from connecting to the VPN. The administrator will need to login to the administration site and reconfigure the Network Access Rules to resolve this issue.

To do this login to the administration site at www.accessmylan.com. Click on Rules and then Network Access Rules and modify the allowed traffic. View the "How do I restrict what VPN users can access on the network?" document for more information on configuring the Network Access Rules
