How do I stop a user logging in?
How do I disable a user's access?
An administrator can disable a user's access temporarily using the administration website. The user can then be re-enabled when required. Disabled users count against the number of user subscriptions in your VPN.
To disable a user:

Login to the administration website at www.accessmylan.com

Click on Users, and then the username you wish to diable.

Choose "Disable User" from the dropdown menu in the top right corner.
