How do I check that the VPN Agent is working correctly?

Log on to the administration site at www.accessmylan.com. The status of your VPN Agent is shown on the home page. If the Agent is connected and working correctly a green tick is shown under Status (fig.1)

If the Agent is disconnected or a red cross is shown (fig. 2). Click on the agent name and then "Installation Details" to check which machine the agent is installed on. Go to this machine and open the VPN Agent Manager software by clicking on the "A" icon in the System Tray. The error message displayed should explain why the agent has disconnected. Use the "Agent Connectivity: General Troubleshooting" document for help.
