The ability to do "split-tunnelling" may be disabled for your user.
The VPN administrator has control over whether a user can access the Internet while connected to the VPN. This ability is called "split-tunnelling".
The administrator can enable or disable split-tunneling by:
-
Logging in to the administration website at www.accessmylan.com
-
Clicking on
Users and then the
username required.
-
Expand the "
Network Access Policy" section
-
Under the heading "Access Options (VPN Client)", tick or un-tick the "
