Client connection error: "No network connectivity"

Symptom
The user gets the error "You do not appear to have any network connectivity" (fig.1) when they click on Connect on the VPN client software.
Resolution
This message means that the user currently has no connection to the
internet. The user MUST establish an internet connection (by broadband,
Wifi or 3G etc) before they can connect the AccessMyLan client.
