What is an AUC code?
An AUC (Administration Unlock Code) is a code which an administrator will be asked for if they have forgotten their administration password.
When a user clicks on the “Forgot Password?” link on the administrator login page they will be asked to supply their Administration Unlock Code (Fig. 1).
Fig. 1

This code is available on the administration website and should be saved to a safe place for use in the future. When the VPN is first created a warning is displayed to the administrator reminding them to save their AUC code (Fig. 2).

By following this link the user will be able to view their AUC and print it off for storage (Fig. 3).
